We purchased a 10 pound roaster for our Reserve coffees for Corvus Coffee. We've had nothing but excellent experiences both with the machine and the support! These roasters are extremely well made, and the 10 pounder has great control of airflow and gas/heat. The team at SF is always responsive to the (very few) questions or needs we've had with the machine. Probably buying more SF roasters going forward.

Beautiful roaster! A center piece of our cafe. There were a couple minor issues with roaster in the beginning but San Franciscan’s customer service was good. Technical support diagnosed them quickly and parts were sent.
I bought mine during COVID which may have caused delays and some quality control issues. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the machine and the company and would recommend them.

We are a small batch roaster in Birmingham, AL, roasting on an SF-6. I couldn’t ask for a better roaster to roast on. I have roasted on many other brands and with the San Fran, I know what I’m going to get out of this machine every single roast and that it is going to roast coffee as well as I could possibly roast it. Easy to clean, operate, troubleshoot....you name it. But it’s built like a tank. It’s American Made so I know parts and service will never be an issue. And if I ever need to upgrade in size, I know that it holds its value. Not that I ever plan on parting with it. I never plan to buy any other roaster now besides a San Fran.

"We have two 25lb San Franciscan roasters named Frannie and Cisco. As Roastmaster, I love roasting on these two work horses. I roast simultaneously on both of them, with no problem. We love their old style look mixed with good electronics. If maintainence is kept up, they will work well. As a good companion, we roast all our samples on our 1lb San Franciscan, keeping them harmonious with our roasting process."
